Conference
A World Conference to discuss strategic cultural issues integrated into series of culture forums of Ministers, business, media, academic, NGOs, and local communities. This will be divided into a series of forums:

Ministerial Forum on Culture
Forum of Ministers of Cultures from different countries that will discuss and formulate the policies and strategies regarding public policy implication of global cultural development agenda. It will also formulate country-level recommendations by the WCF.

Business and Artists Forum on Culture
Forum of cultural and creative industries and entrepreneurs in the private sector to discuss and formulate the cultural and creative industries development road map for the private sector. These will have clear policy implications for national governments and influence the international cultural development agenda and cultural enterprise recommendations by the WCF

Academic Forum on Culture
Forum of academics and cultural specialists to present case studies and discuss “best practices” to discuss strategic issues and to recommend policies for sustained cultural development, especially related to cultural preservation and revitalization of local and national cultures in the face of globalization, and to maximize their contribution to global civilization.
They will set up working networks to enable them to work in the coming year on a Grand Strategy, Master Plan and Blue Print for the world cultural agenda to be considered and adopted at next year’s World Cultural Forum

Media Forum on Culture
Forum of media (various types of on-line and off-line media) to discuss and formulate a Grand Strategy in the private sector to put forth proposals for media for the private and public sectors.
In the face of the influence of global media, their recommendations will have clear policy implications for national governments and influence the international cultural development agenda by the WCF

NGO and Ethnic Community Forum on Culture
NGOs (Non-governmental and not-for-profit organizations) and groups together with the representatives of ethnic communities from across the globe will meet in a special Forum to discuss the ethics, morality, and practical steps needed in order to formulate a road map of just cultural development.
This Forum will emphasize the concerns of local cultures in the face of strong national cultures and overwhelming global culture and will put forth recommendations to be considered for adoption at WCF

Youth Forum on Culture
- Forum for the younger generation to express their thoughts, ideas, work, innovations or creativity in the cultural arena.

- Interpreting national culture for the MTV and Facebook Generation
- Encourage local cultures to flourish in a global world.
